Status

Honesty applies to this document too. Built but not necessarily live in production at the time of writing:

• Backend deployment. The consolidated backend work needs a compatibility fix before deploy; until then the advanced session-detail panels (MCP calls, retries, latency, contribution evidence) are ready in the Console but have no live data source.
• ArmorCodex packaging. Local tests pass, but the config format is unverified on a fresh machine; the install path is less mature than ArmorClaude.
• Historical data reconciliation. A large cost-inflation correction was applied (duplicate-counted sessions), but the import pipeline still needs guardrails against future duplicate ingestion.
• Live AI Chat. Streaming backend and frontend both exist; production needs a configured AI provider key and the chat endpoint deployed.
• Console lint. The repo declares a lint script but does not install the linter, a tooling gap rather than a code-quality one.
